Welcome to the Rotary Club of New Richmond

Are you an established professional who wants to make positive changes in your community and the world? Our club members are dedicated people who share a passion for community service and friendship. Becoming a Rotarian connects you with a diverse group who share your drive to give back.
The Rotary Club of New Richmond sponsored its annual essay contest for local students in grades 6-8. The top three students in each grade and their families were invited to attend lunch and to read their essays at Northwood Technical College. Congratulations to Ancel Peterson, Dean Tate, Rohun Francis, Allie Harold, Isaiah Hamdorf, Laydon Munoz, Addison Shoquist, Emersen Wissink, and Jamie Yeager on your award-winning essays! They each received a certificate and cash prize.

The Rotary Club of New Richmond was pleased to once again donate books to the Friday Memorial Library. The Club donates a book in the name of each of the speakers who presents at the Club's weekly meetings throughout the year, with the speakers name included on a dedication sticker inside the front cover.

The Rotary Club of New Richmond recently made a donation to Westfields Hospital & Clinic to purchase powered air purifying respirators to help protect the staff who work with COVID-19 patients. Ice cream treats were also provided to the entire staff. Thank you to all of the medical workers who put their lives on the line everyday for us, and to the community who supports our Club's annual fundraising events so that we can make contributions such as this!
The Rotary Club of New Richmond partnered with the Kiwanis Club of New Richmond to host the first annual Scary (Mary) Park. This drive-thru Halloween event was a huge success, with over 700 families attending! Thank you to all of the local businesses who helped sponsor this safe event which provided the community with a unique way to celebrate Halloween even during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We look forward to making this an annual event!

The Rotary Club of New Richmond donates a book to the Friday Memorial Library in honor of each of our guest speakers throughout the year. Each speaker's name is placed on the inside cover of a book. We are proud to support literacy efforts in our community!
